Ethics in fashion photography

Changes Made To Models Face :
They made her lips fuller, cropped her hair so it can stay the same, made her look taller by stretching her neck, made her hair look fuller and made her neck skinnier, made her eye brows skinnier, and made her eyes bigger, and made her ears smaller and hair more fuller, and brightened the picture.

2. Is it ethically acceptable to change a person's appearance like this in a photo? Why or why not?
No its not because your perfect the way you are and everything about you makes you you, and its not good to change a person by what you want them to be because then everybody who sees it is going to want to look like the person.

3. Are there circumstances in which it would be more ethically wrong to do this type of manipulation?
I think its always wrong, there's no "more wrong", You should just never do it. Everyone is beautiful in their own way.

4. What types of changes are OK, and what aren't?
To me their isn't OK changes because people are beautiful the way they are so people shouldn't change their appearance.

5. Explain what you think the differences are between fashion photography and photojournalism.
Fashion photography is more of trying to get the girls to look model like or perfect for their advertisement. So they'll photo shop the whole picture to make it perfect. Photo journalism is going by how the pictures techniques are. It's not trying to get the prettiest girl in the picture.
6. What relationship does each type of photography have to reality, and how does this affect the ethical practice of each?
All pictures are of everyday life whether it was posed or an action picture. It affects some photos because of how much photo shopping they do to a real moment.
